In this 4-week series, we return to these roots. Drawing from early yogic and tantric sources, we’ll explore the chakra system as it was originally understood: not as something to “fix” or optimize, but as a living framework for inner integration and self-knowing. Rather than striving for perfection or spiritual performance, the work invites wholeness—meeting yourself exactly where you are.
Each class weaves together gentle, accessible yoga, meditation, and quiet reflection to help you experience the chakras from the inside out. This is not about memorizing symbols or chasing sensations, but about cultivating steadiness, clarity, and a felt sense of balance that naturally unfolds through practice.
As we move inward, the chakras become less a rainbow to analyze and more a pathway to listen—revealing how attention, breath, and awareness shape our inner landscape. Over time, this listening softens the nervous system, steadies the mind, and opens space for greater ease, insight, and peace.
This series is ideal for students who feel curious about the chakras but want a grounded, historically informed, and deeply experiential approach—one that honors both ancient wisdom and the realities of modern life.

This invigorating semi-private class blends empowerment with mindfulness, guiding you through a practice that awakens both body and mind. Designed for all levels, Mindful Slow Flow moves at a moderate yet intentional pace—accessible to beginners while offering depth for seasoned practitioners.
In the first half of class, we’ll cultivate strength, balance, agility, and endurance, building resilience from the inside out. Through mindful movement and breath, you'll feel both grounded and energized, creating a strong foundation for your practice.
The second half shifts into meditation exploration, where we’ll delve into traditional postures—unpacking their energetic effects, historical roots, and practical applications. You'll learn how to situate your body for comfort and stability, ensuring that meditation becomes not just accessible, but deeply rewarding.
And most importantly, we’ll explore how to carry these teachings "Off the Mat", weaving the essence of yoga into your daily life—so the benefits don’t end when class does.

Lunar Yoga is a Wednesday evening practice designed to help you unwind the week as it’s unfolding. This class blends slow, mindful movement with longer-held yin shapes to gently release tension from both body and mind. The pace is unhurried, allowing you to settle your nervous system, soften habitual holding, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness from the comfort of home.
Each class begins in stillness, giving the senses time to downshift and arrive. From there, we move through simple, intentional shapes that lengthen, compress, and unlock areas where stress tends to collect. Movement is paired with quiet guidance and reflection, drawing from yogic and contemplative teachings that support calm, adaptability, and compassion rather than striving or self-improvement.
We close each practice with a short meditation and a moment of gratitude, calling the senses back inward and offering a clear transition from practice into the rest of your evening. Lunar Yoga is not about doing more or pushing further. It’s an invitation to pause midweek, release what you no longer need to carry, and return to yourself feeling settled, supported, and at ease.
