Wednesday Online ~ Mindful Lunar Yoga

Lunar Yoga is a Wednesday evening practice designed to help you unwind the week as it’s unfolding. This class blends slow, mindful movement with longer-held yin shapes to gently release tension from both body and mind. The pace is unhurried, allowing you to settle your nervous system, soften habitual holding, and reconnect with a sense of inner steadiness from the comfort of home.

Each class begins in stillness, giving the senses time to downshift and arrive. From there, we move through simple, intentional shapes that lengthen, compress, and unlock areas where stress tends to collect. Movement is paired with quiet guidance and reflection, drawing from yogic and contemplative teachings that support calm, adaptability, and compassion rather than striving or self-improvement.

We close each practice with a short meditation and a moment of gratitude, calling the senses back inward and offering a clear transition from practice into the rest of your evening. Lunar Yoga is not about doing more or pushing further. It’s an invitation to pause midweek, release what you no longer need to carry, and return to yourself feeling settled, supported, and at ease.
