In this 4-week series, we return to these roots. Drawing from early yogic and tantric sources, we’ll explore the chakra system as it was originally understood: not as something to “fix” or optimize, but as a living framework for inner integration and self-knowing. Rather than striving for perfection or spiritual performance, the work invites wholeness—meeting yourself exactly where you are.
Each class weaves together gentle, accessible yoga, meditation, and quiet reflection to help you experience the chakras from the inside out. This is not about memorizing symbols or chasing sensations, but about cultivating steadiness, clarity, and a felt sense of balance that naturally unfolds through practice.
As we move inward, the chakras become less a rainbow to analyze and more a pathway to listen—revealing how attention, breath, and awareness shape our inner landscape. Over time, this listening softens the nervous system, steadies the mind, and opens space for greater ease, insight, and peace.
This series is ideal for students who feel curious about the chakras but want a grounded, historically informed, and deeply experiential approach—one that honors both ancient wisdom and the realities of modern life.
